At Samantha Style, your satisfaction matters to us. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return it under the conditions described below.

Return Time Frame

You may return your order within 30 days of receiving your item.

For a return to be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition
  • Items must come with all original packaging and tags attached

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy restricts any rights or remedies available to you under applicable U.S. federal or state consumer protection laws. If a product is defective, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

These rights apply independently of, and in addition to, our voluntary 30-day change-of-mind return policy.

Return Instructions

To start a return, simply follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery at support@samanthastyle.com
  2. Include your order number and the reason for your return
  3. Wait for your return to be approved and for further instructions
  4. Package your item securely and follow the return steps provided

Returns sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or incorrect products: No cost to the customer.
    This applies when a product arrives damaged, is delivered incorrectly, or is otherwise faulty.
  • Change of mind: Return shipping is paid by the customer.
    This applies if you ordered the wrong item, the fit isn't right, or you simply no longer want the product.
    Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Time Frame (Processing)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it has been approved.

If approved:

  • Your refund is processed within 7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Please keep in mind that your bank or payment provider may need extra time to complete the refund on their end.

Exchanges

Looking for a different size or color? We're glad to help you get the right fit. For the fastest turnaround, follow our standard return process for the original item, and once your return is processed, simply place a new order for the item you'd like instead.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned, unless they are faulty or not as described (in which case your statutory consumer rights apply):

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
  • Items missing their original packaging or tags
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (such as underwear, swimwear, or similar garments)
  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)

Deductions & Partial Refunds

If a returned item shows signs of use beyond what is needed to assess it (for example, damaged packaging, missing tags, or visible wear), we reserve the right to deduct an amount from your refund to account for the reduced value of the goods.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos. We'll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

If you'd like to cancel your order, please email us within 12 hours of placing it. If your order has already been shipped, you'll need to follow the return process described above.
