Order Processing (Handling Time)

Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST - New York), Monday to Friday.
Handling Time: Orders are usually processed, quality-checked, and shipped out within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Friday, or over the weekend or on public holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.

Transit & Delivery Time

Once your order leaves our facility, the estimated transit times are:

Delivery Time: 7–14 business days.
Total Estimated Delivery: 8–17 business days from the time of purchase.

Please note: Deliveries take place on business days only (Monday to Friday). Minor delays are possible during busy seasonal periods or U.S. public holidays.

We always aim to meet our estimated delivery times, but occasional delays can happen due to circumstances beyond our control (such as weather, customs, or courier disruptions).

Address Changes & Cancellations

Address Changes: Spotted a mistake in your address? Contact us right away at support@samanthastyle.com. Changes can only be made before your order enters the "Processing" stage.
Cancellations: Cancellation requests can be made within 12 hours of placing your order. After that window, your order may already be on its way, in which case it will need to be handled as a return.

Customs & Taxes

Since Samantha Style ships domestically within the United States, you can shop knowing that no customs duties or import taxes will apply to your order. The total shown at checkout is final, with no surprise fees at delivery. Where applicable, sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout.
